Health and Social Care Recruitment

At Spire Assist we manage our own care home so we know just how difficult it can be finding the people that will provide the level of care you need. In the past, recruitment companies would regularly assign staff who did not have the correct training and qualifications, which compromised our standards of care.

We decided to create a care staff agency that would allow us to build a team ready to support young people at a moment's notice. We are committed to developing the lives of children and achieve this by providing local authorities and private homes with experienced and qualified personnel.

Social Care and Children's Homes

At Spire Assist we also provide social care services at our own children's home in West Yorkshire. We help children, young adults and UASC learn the life skills they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives in the community.

 Make a Referral

If you are a local authority and would like to make a referral for our care provider services in West Yorkshire, please get in touch with us at Spire Assist. We'll be able to discuss the needs, behaviours and disabilities of the child and make a risk assessment. If we think the child would be a good fit for our home and settle in well with our current residents we will then be able to look at moving forward with re-homing.

Spire Assist is based in Bradford. We provide care workers and residential practitioners across West Yorkshire most predominantly in Bradford, Kirklees, Calderdale, Leeds and Wakefield but do extend our services to Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham and surrounding areas.
